“Warmest and excellent accommodations yet on the Camino. It’s a 700 year keep! Fernando goes out of his way to be a great host. Temporarily No food or drinks but Fernando will drive you into town to get supplies and you and the other pilgrims to share and experience the warmth of the Camino. 1.5 kilometers from town but worth it!”

“Awesome, beautifully renovated ancient country house. Stone, timber columns and beams - the original materials are preserved in the house. Comfortable, stylish rooms. We arrived late in the evening as we underestimated time needed for crossing Serra dos Ancares mountains with bikes. The host was so kind to wait for us, and not only welcomed us with hot tea but also offered to give a lift to the restaurant.”
